The integrated Internet messenger program is connected to the agent server by using ports excluding the ports restricted by a firewall, as a plurality of agent servers provide a plurality of TCP/IP ports. Communication security is improved by making the integrated Internet messenger program and the agent server respectively encrypt exchanged messages.
