    • A method of manufacturing functional dried Alaska pollack by soaking Alaska pollack in distilled water containing medicinal herbs and striking repeatedly with a pressing device after drying is provided to give the functionality of medicinal herbs and improve the texture. Alaska pollack is soaked in distilled water containing medicinal herbs for 1 to 6,000sec, dried for 0.1 to 48hr in natural state or with a drier and struck repeatedly with a pressing device, followed by removing impurities. The medicinal herbs contain 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of green tea, 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of red ginseng and 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of Acanthopanax senticosus.
