      백라이트 유닛용 프리즘시트에 있어서, 상면에 기둥모양이고, 대칭적인 프리즘산이 고중층부에 접착되고 대칭적인 프리즘 형상이 서로 평행하게 복수개 형성되어 있는 저중층부와; 상기 저중층부의 위에 적층되고, 상면에 기둥모양이고, 비대칭적인 프리즘산이 상층부에 접착되고 비대칭적인 프리즘 형상이 서로 평행하게 복수개 형성되어 있는 고중층부와; 상기 고중층부의 상면에 적층되며 상면에 빛을 확산시키는 구조가 형성된 상층부를 포함하고, 저중층부,고중층부 및 상층부는 일체로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 수단이 일체화된 복층 프리즘시트가 제시된다.

    • PURPOSE: A blacklight device, used for the light source of liquid crystal display, is provided to increase the brightness of light and the productivity of blacklight device. CONSTITUTION: The upper part of a light guide plate, digger in the shape of a quadrangular pyramid, comprises prism patterns formed with 4 triangular faces, so a multiplicity of rectangles, made of 4 triangles, are aligned when viewed from up to down. Accordingly, the center(134) of the rectangle becomes the lowest portion and each side(135) becomes the highest portion. A first face(132) of the prism pattern refracts the light from the direction of x axis and condenses in the direction of z axis. A second face(133) condenses the light from the direction of y axis in the direction of z axis.

    • A prism sheet for a backlight unit and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a prism shape in the prism sheet and couple a diffusing sheet with the prism sheet, thereby preventing defects of the prism sheet due to scratch or external adulteration when assembling the backlight unit. A prism sheet is composed of a lower diffusion part, a lower layer part(120), a first middle layer(130), a second middle layer(140), an upper layer part(150), and an air layer(170). The lower diffusion part and the upper diffusion part are configured to diffuse light uniformly. A plurality of triangular prisms or pentagonal prisms are formed in parallel on a surface of the first middle layer in order to collect light in a direction perpendicular to upper and lower surfaces of the prism sheet. Mountain portions(133) of the prisms of the first middle layer are in contact with and integrated into the lower surface of the second middle layer through fusion. The air layer is formed between the lower surface of the second middle layer and valley portions(136) of the prisms of the first middle layer.

CONSTITUTION: A low double layer(230) forms the upper side into a column shape and adheres a symmetric prism thread to a high double layer. The low double layer forms the symmetric prism shape in parallel to each other. The high double layer is laminated on the low double layer and forms the upper side into a columnar shape. The high double layer adheres the asymmetric prism thread to the upper side part.
