CONSTITUTION: A vacuum solar heat collection pipe(2) comprises a transparent double-vacuum tube. The transparent double-vacuum tube comprises an inner tube(6), an outer tube(4), and a vacuum portion(8). The vacuum portion is formed between the inner tube and the outer tube. The inner tube comprises a path(14) for heat medium oil. A radiant heat absorbing film is formed on the outer surface of the inner tube. The radiant heat absorbing film absorbs the heat generated by the irradiation of a light source. A concave reflection film(12) is formed on the semi cylindrical surface of the outer tube. The concave reflection film reflects incident sunlight(C) to the inner tube.

      3 로 제조한다. 폐촉매 잔사에 잔류하는 니켈 성분은 배소를 하지 않은 영향으로 불용성물질인 니켈알루미나 산화물이 형성되지 않음으로 염산 또는 황산으로 약 95% 침출할 수 있으며, 암모니아로 산에 침출된 알루미늄 및 철을 제거한다. 침출된 니켈은 용매 LiX84i에 추출한 후에 염산으로 역추출하여 미량 금속을 분리하고, 탄산나트륨으로 탄산화반응시켜 침전된 탄산니켈 케이크를 필터링하여 세척, 하소하여 분쇄공정을 통해 고순도 산화니켈을 제조할 수 있다.
      또한 고온 소다배소 공정을 제거함으로써 배소시 발생하는 폐가스를 사전에 차단하여 대기 오염을 줄일 수 있으며 가스발생에 따른 후단 포집설비를 대폭 줄일 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A production method of a bonding fabric sheet (300) utilizing a polyvinyl butyral resin comprises the following steps: inserting a crushed polyvinyl butyral resin material, and 100-500 wt% of solid filler with the size greater than 300 meshes, and containing yellow soil and stone powder for the weight of the crushed polyvinyl butyral resin material into a melting extruder (4); melting and extruding the mixture into a plate shape; transferring the obtained plate shape PVB mixture filler while naturally cooling the filler to 120-150°C, and passing the filler through a rolling mill (10) for compressing the filler into a thickness preset by a worker; passing the filler through plural cooling drums (12) to obtain a PVB mixture floor material sheet (100); passing the PVB mixture floor material sheet through a heating chamber (18) after attaching to a main body fabric sheet (200); and secondly cooling the PVB mixture floor material sheet using the cooling drums.
