    • The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a drain board which is characterized by including: a heating unit transfer step of transferring a thermoplastic-extruded flat board wound around a feed roller for the thermoplastic-extruded flat board to a heating unit; a heating step of heating the thermoplastic-extruded flat board transferred to the heating unit by using a heater; a molding unit transfer step of transferring the thermoplastic-extruded flat board heated in the heating step to a molding unit; a drain board molding step of disposing a lower mold on which a protrusion protruding from a bottom surface of the thermoplastic-extruded flat board transferred in the molding unit transfer step, is formed at a regular interval and arrangement, transferring and supplying a nonwoven fabric wound around a nonwoven fabric feed roller between upper molds disposed on a top surface of the thermoplastic extruded-flat board, descending the upper mold and concurrently elevating a lower mold so as to contact each other, starting to mold upper surfaces of a plurality of protrusions, and concurrently heat-bonding and fixing the nonwoven fabric on the upper surface of the protrusion to complete the molding to the lower surface of the protrusions; a cooling step of in a state after descending the upper mold and elevating the lower mold to mold in the drain board molding step, cooling by using the drain board is cooled in this state by water flowing inside of the lower mold in order to prevent a wrinkle and deformation of the drain board; and a cutting the drain board by using water introduced into the lower mold in order to prevent wrinkles and deformation of the drain board; and a cutting step of elevating the upper mold and descending the lower mold when the drain board is cooled at the cooling step, and transferring the cooled drain board to a cutter to cut the drain board.
