    • A regenerating method of a catalyst for a gasoline automobile catalytic converter and a remanufacturing method of the catalytic converter using the same are provided to reduce the disposal cost of waste and prevent the generation of environmental pollution by reducing the amount of the catalyst disused, recycle expensive precious metals from used catalysts, and replace the gasoline automobile catalytic converter at low cost. A regenerating method of catalyst for a gasoline automobile catalytic converter comprises: a catalyst recovering step of disassembling the gasoline automobile catalytic converter to recover the catalyst; a catalyst cleaning step of cleaning the recovered catalyst; and a catalyst activity correcting step of correcting the activity of the catalyst passing through the cleaning step. The catalyst cleaning step is selected from a step of cleaning the catalyst using steam, a step of performing ultrasonic cleaning of the catalyst using water, and a step of performing ultrasonic cleaning of the catalyst using a remanufacturing solution. The catalyst activity correcting step comprises: impregnating a surface of the catalyst with platinum, rhodium, palladium and cerium as catalyst activating components, or mixtures thereof, drying the impregnated catalyst at 120 to 180 deg.C for 2 to 5 hours; and firing the dried catalyst at 350 to 600 deg.C for 1 to 3 hours.

The complex functional non-woven fabric is obtained by the steps of: piling the rayon/polyester mixed spunlace non-woven fabric(2) and the polypropylene super absorbent melt blown non-woven fabric(1); and then radiating micro wave.

    • Provided is a method for preparing a used SCR de-NOx catalyst, comprising recovering a used SCR de-NOx catalyst of which service life is substantially terminated, cleaning and rinsing the recovered catalyst, performing performance inspection of the catalyst, acid-treating the performance inspection finished catalyst, correcting performance of the acid-treated catalyst, and heat-treating the catalyst. A method for preparing a used SCR de-NOx catalyst comprises: a contaminant cleaning step of removing contaminants presenting on a surface of a recovered SCR(selective catalytic reduction) catalyst using compressed air; an ultrasonic rinsing step of rinsing the cleaning step finished catalyst using ultrasonic waves; a catalyst inspection step of inspecting performance of the rinsing step finished catalyst; an acid-treating step of acid-treating the inspection step finished catalyst; a performance correcting step of correcting performance of the acid-treating step finished catalyst; and a heat-treating step of heat-treating the performance correcting step finished catalyst. The ultrasonic rinsing step is performed by rinsing the catalyst using ultrasonic waves for 30 minutes after injecting the recovered SCR catalyst and water into a reactor having an ultrasonic equipment.
