摘要： PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a customized shoe liner is provided to produce a shoe liner fit to an individual user and introduce the functionality such as foot odor removal, far infrared ray radiation or massaging effect. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (Sa) molding a room temperature hardenable synthetic resin of get state into a shoe liner shape having a predetermined thickness and size; and (Sb) vacuum-packing the shoe liner molded in step (Sa) by a film. When a user wears shoes with the manufactured shoe liner, the film for vacuum packing is burst out, contacted with air and hardened within a predetermined time, thereby being fit to the foot shape of the individual user.

摘要： PURPOSE: A forward drive unit of a bicycle is provided to rotate pedals forward and simultaneously move the bicycle forward, by a reverse rotation of the pedals without operation of a special lever. CONSTITUTION: A forward drive unit of a bicycle comprises a forward rotation drive unit and a reverse rotation drive unit. In the forward rotation drive unit, a ratchet(11b) is disposed to the periphery of a driving plate(11a) fixed to a pedal shaft(5) by a key(8), and only forward rotating force of the pedal shaft is transmitted to a driving sprocket wheel(4) by a ratchet wheel(12) fixed to a side of the driving sprocket wheel. The reverse rotation drive unit comprises a rotational direction conversion unit, rotating a driving gear(34) formed into one body with a driving plate(21a) in the reverse direction of the rotational direction of the pedal shaft by receiving the rotational force of a fixed gear(31) installed to the pedal shaft; the driving plate equipped with a ratchet(21b) and formed into one body with the driving gear; and a ratchet wheel(22) and fixed to the other side of the driving sprocket wheel and interlocked with the ratchet. The bicycle is driven forward regardless of the rotational direction of the pedal shaft.
