    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of velvet which is characterized by having two-tone color and maintaining the color stably is provided. CONSTITUTION: Velvet comprises; ground fabric(10) woven out of weft(12) and warp(14); and pile yarn(16). A manufacturing method of the velvet is as follows: preparing the ground fabric(10) of polyester yarn; preparing the pile yarn(16) doubled polyester yarn and rayon fiber; setting the pile yarn(16) between the ground fabrics(10); cutting the middle of the fabrics; dyeing first the fabric at 3-5kgf/cm¬2 at 120-140deg.C to dye the polyester yarn; and then dyeing second the dyed fabric at normal pressure at 70-90deg.C to dye the rayon fiber.

    • An air mixing unit for temperature correction of cool/warm air in an air conditioner is provided to mix room air to cool/warm air before supplying the cool/warm air to a room for correcting temperature of the cool/warm air, and instantly accelerate cool/warm air flow for transferring the cool/warm air further, thereby making temperature distribution of supplied air uniform and activating air flow circulation. An air mixing unit for temperature correction of cool/warm air in an air conditioner includes an inlet pipe(101) connected to a main duct(T1) for introducing cool/warm air, an outlet pipe(102) joined with an extension duct(T2) for guiding the introduced cool/warm air to a diffuser, and an induction pipe(103) joined with an induction duct(T3) for inducing room air in the approximately perpendicular direction to an axial direction of the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe.     • 본 고안은 폴리메탈릭사를 혼합하여 직조된 벨벳직물에 관한 것이다.
      주지된 바와 같이 벨벳직물을 제작할때는 경사방향의 실과 위사방향의 실이 교차하여 이루어지는 제직구성에 파일을 이룰수 있는 실이 추가되어 벨벳직물을 제직하는데, 통상 직기의 종광프레임에 종광을 끼운후 상기 종광에 경사와 파일사를 한올씩 끼워서 서로 다르게 지정된 배열에 따라 상·하로 움직여서 개구를 이루게 되며, 여기에서 실을 끼우는 순서와 종광프레임이 움직이는 순서에 따라 벨벳직물을 만들어지는 것이다.
      따라서 본 고안은 파일을 형성하는 실중 일부(또는 전부)를 빛반사가 매우 잘 이루어지는 폴리메탈릭사를 이용함으로써, 직조된 벨벳직물이 보는 각도에 따라 반짝반짝거리도록 함으로써, 보는 이로 하여금 매우 아름답고 품위 있으면서 고급스럽게 보이도록 하고, 이에 따라 상품의 격을 크게 상승시킬수 있게 한 것이다.
