CONSTITUTION: The diluted soju using reverse osmosis-treated water is produced by mixing neutral ethanol having 80 to 95 alcohol degree and/or grain ethanol with a specified amount of reverse osmosis-treated water to dilute the ethanol up to 30 to 40 alcohol degree; adding activated carbon into the mixture of ethanol and reverse osmosis-treated water to remove nasty smell and taste from the mixture; adding a small amount of a sweetener into the mixture; and storing, maturing and filtering the mixture, in which the volume ratio of reverse osmosis-treated water to neutral ethanol and/or grain ethanol is 5:1 to 1:1.
