A compressed-air outlet(2-2) and a compressed-air inlet(3-1) of a pressure applying cylinder are opened. The compressed air of a compressed-air storage tank(13) is injected through a pipe(11). The piston(4) of a cylinder moves in an arrow direction. Then, power is transferred to a cylinder shaft. A compression cylinder(6-1), an air inlet(7-1), a compressed-air outlet(8-1), a compression cylinder(6-2) and a compressed-air outlet(8-2) are closed. A balance beam lowers through a seesaw balance beam in an arrow direction and the piston(9) of a cylinder moves in the arrow direction.

The heat collecting pipe is installed on the inner center of the vacuum glass pipe. The vacuum glass pip and the heat collecting pipe are connected to the support. The fluid flows in the heat collecting pipe. The glass plate covers the tank, and high heat radiates from the outer part of the vacuum glass pipe.
