The rail fastening device 100 with a pedestal slipping-out preventive mechanism is constituted so that a stopper 150 is immovably installed on the abutting surface 142 of the pedestal 140, and checks the movement of the pedestal 140 by abutting on a side surface of the shoulder 120.
