    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress contamination and corrosion of used instruments, improve productivity and economy owing to reduction of chemicals in paper making processes, improve qualities of paper products and prevent environmental pollution caused by paper making waste water by using a primitive FFC water activator and an FFC pyrogen in paper and pulp producing processes.
      SOLUTION: The primitive FFC water activator and the FFC pyrogen are used in paper and pulp producing processes. The method for producing paper and pulp having quality which the paper and the pulp have never had is provided, wherein the paper and the pulp are produced without changing conventional methods by installing the primitive FFC water activator in a water system of the paper and pulp producing processes and using water reduction action possessed by the FFC primitive water activator to change conventional industrial water into water having reduction action. In addition, paper products are brought to have high qualities and be widely used by using the FFC pyrogen together with the primitive FFC water activator in processing steps of paper processed products. However, concerning water discharge flow discharged after production, since energy of reduction action remains, discharge places i.e. environmental improvement effect of seawater, lake water, river or the like is brought.
