SOLUTION: The numeric values of the latitude and the longitude of an arbitrary location on a map are expressed in the decimal number system as a latitude corresponding numeric value OWP and a longitude corresponding numeric value OWQ on the basis of the following formulae: when the latitude numeric value is P and the longitude numeric value is Q, the latitude corresponding numeric value OWP=0.5+P/360, and the longitude corresponding numeric value OWQ=0.5+Q/360.
