摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly propose a suitable care plan to suit the physical conditions of cared persons, the living conditions of their families and economic conditions and to reduce the time until the use of care service. SOLUTION: An electronic computer includes a storage means 13 in which a primary plan preparation program 40 and a secondary plan preparation program 50 are stored, a central processing unit 12 and an input/output device. The primary plan preparation program 40 includes a step of calculating a state image rough value based on the state check information of a cared person, and a step of selecting care service content prepared in each state image corresponding to the state image rough value. A primary plan including facility care is presented when the state image rough value is a predetermined value and more, or a primary plan including home care is presented when the state image rough value is lower than the predetermined value.
