SOLUTION: Support means 6 for supporting the sweet potatoes F, and a heating means 7 for heating the sweet potatoes F supported at a body part 30 by the support means 6, are disposed in the body part 30 of box shape. The support means 6 includes: a rotatable driving shaft 8 horizontally provided in the body part 30; a rotation body 9 of hollow pipe shape supported in an integrally rotatable manner to the driving shaft 8; a rotational driving device 10 for rotationally driving the driving shaft 8; and a lifting driving device 20 moving the driving shaft 8 vertically. The rotation body 9 is formed in net shape and has a storage part 90 that can hold the sweet potato F, inside the hollow.
