    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of and an apparatus for measuring an image using an X ray having high output, high luminance and excellent parallelism which are widely applicable to a medical use or the like.
      SOLUTION: Energy ray is radiated from a predetermined energy ray source onto the surface of a target to make the target radiate an X ray having an irradiation area of the size of an subject or larger. The X ray is then guided into a spectroscope to select a wavelength and a wavelength width from the X ray and to generate a parallel X ray. The parallel X ray is irradiated onto the subject and an X ray image acquired from the subject is detected.
