      SOLUTION: The device 10 for detecting the liquid level in a liquid tank comprises: a pipe 1 that has one or two openings at and/or near a first end and where the opening varies according to the liquid level when the first end is arranged in the liquid tank; a flowmeter 4 capable of measuring the flow rate of gas in the pipe 1; and a means 5 for sucking or sending air to a second end of the pipe. The pipe 1 has a release port 6 between the first end and the second end.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sufficiently applying a flux solution of uniform concentration without wetting the periphery of a terminal with the flux solution.
      SOLUTION: The flux solution is applied by the device 1 to the terminal of a component wherein a protruded part protruded in the same direction as the terminal exists near the protruded terminal. The device 1 includes: an applying port 4 for storing the flux solution whose upper surface is opened and which has a side surface capable of surrounding a leading edge of the terminal and having a thickness thinner than the interval between the terminal and the protruded part; and a syringe 3 which is connected to the applying port 4 and has a volume larger than that of the applying port to supply the flux solution F to the applying port 4.
