摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process technology for forming an induction coil using carbon nanotubes for making the coil function efficiently. SOLUTION: With guidance and control technology, electromagnetic induction averages time so that AC electric field including a DC constituent can be made to flow. Thus, a DC current can be made to flow without electrodes, even in materials such as a metal plate, a conductive fluid, plasma, ions in which it was not possible to make a DC current flow without the presence of electrodes. Also, since a much simplified system is obtainable, because the processes of controlling the frequency and phase, which were indispensable in a linear synchronous motor or a synchrotron, nuclear magnetic resonance and so on, can be omitted. This guidance and control technology are expected to find applications in various fields, and various fields include linear motors, induced plasma, linear accelerators, nuclear magnetic resonance, spin-writing, liquid microlenses, and ocean current battery panels which utilize this guidance and control technology.
