摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone number guide system wherein a user can accurately receive telephone number information and which can keep a provided communication to the telephone number without once disconnecting the line.
SOLUTION: A communication terminal owned by the user includes a character information display means. The display means displays the corresponding telephone number as character information on the basis of a reply signal from a provider side. The display of the display means includes the display of the character information from an information provider and the display of voice information from the information provider after the information is converted, a line connection instructing means is provided in a communication terminal, and a line connecting means is provided in the provider side. The information provider, when receiving an instruction signal from the user's line connection instructing means, connects the telephone line to a guided specific telephone number using the line connecting means.
