Thus, an electric current flows through the secondary coil 132 and electric power is supplied to the load 180.

The DC voltage of pulse format generated in the capacitor CM is converted into AC voltage via the DC AC conversion circuit 200 so as to be applied to inductive loads LD1, LD2, and LD3.
