摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance ventilation performance of an undefloor space and a degree of freedom of laying-around of a pipe, by effectively restraining and damping vertical vibration of a floor structure, while improving sound insulating performance, in a building having a concrete skeleton of a regular-beam structure.
SOLUTION: A sleeper beam 5 being a support member of a floorboard 7 of a floor structure Fr, is arranged in close vicinity to a floor slab so that clearance D1 exists between the beam and the floor slab Sf. An end part of these sleeper beams 5 is arranged so that clearance D2 exists between vertical skeleton parts or between the other sleeper beams. Its respective sleeper beams 5 are supported via an elastic body on an upper surface of a regular-beam corresponding part of the floor slab. A vibration control device T is interposed between the floor slab Sf and an intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of the respective sleeper beams 5. A pipe inserting through-hole is also formed in the respective sleeper beams 5.

The upper floor space Hu and the underfloor space Hd are communicated via the ventilation passage 29 and a plurality of small holes 28 formed in the punching plate 27.
