    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke-carbonizing furnace door of warming type, capable of accelerating carbonization, by increasing a warming speed of coal particles fed into a space surrounding the carbonizing furnace door.
      SOLUTION: This carbonizing furnace door is equipped with a heat-insulating box 12 on a carbonizing furnace side of a furnace door structure 3 for opening and closing a doorway 11 of a carbonizing furnace 1, and further equipped with an in-furnace gas circulating and isolating chamber on a carbonizing furnace side of the heat-insulating box 12, wherein the in-furnace gas circulating and isolating chamber is so structured that many heat-resistant metal rectangular frames 14 of an annular shape or a discontinuous annular shape are horizontally arranged in a direction of height of the furnace by intervening an airspace opening 15 between top and bottom sides of the frames, or the frames 14 are inclinedly arranged by being lowered on a carbonizing furnace side and raised on a heat-insulating box side. Further, corner parts positioned on bottom stage sides of the airspace openings 15 and top face sides of the heat-resistant metal rectangular frames 14 are each formed into an inclined face, if necessary.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the lid of a coke carbonization furnace dissolving problems such as prevention of temperature rise and combustion in the lower part of a gas passway spacial chamber, i.e., a combustion chamber for generated gas in the furnace or around the lower part caused by blowing room temperature air from the side and the upper part of the chamber, generation of bad coke and tar, and the like.
      SOLUTION: The lid 3 of the coke carbonization furnace is installed with a combustion air feeding nozzle 11 for feeding air from the lower part of the combustion chamber 13 for generated gas in the furnace preheating with a long air feed pipe 12 by introducing required air from an air chamber 17 having an opening-closing plate 23 opening downward and mechanically self driven with sensing the internal chamber pressure of the gas combustion chamber 13 for generated gas in the furnace.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating lid of a coke carbonization furnace reducing generation of inferior coke by providing nozzles for jetting a gas for combustion of which clogging or blockade is prevented, in a circulation and isolation chamber of a gas generated in the furnace for heating coal particles loaded in the vicinity of the lid of the coke carbonization furnace.
      SOLUTION: The circulation and isolation chamber 16 of the gas generated in the furnace is provided in a heat insulated box 11 installed inner side of a lid structure 3 opening/closing the gateway 7 of the carbonization furnace 1 for loading coal particles 2 through a seal plate 6. The chamber 16 is constituted by arranging metal strip members 17 for intercepting coal particles by providing gaps left and right thereof for gas circulation, and is equipped with at least one vertical nozzle pipe 20 in the vertical direction of the furnace which jets a gas for combustion into the gas circulation and isolation chamber 16.

      SOLUTION: The coke oven cover provided with the coke-oven gas circulating box at the coke carbonization oven side thereof is provided with a nozzle for blowing a combustion gas provided with a nozzle 15 directed to the side of the coke-oven gas circulating box and a nozzle pipe 18 for the combustion gas provided inside with a downwardly-opening blocking plate 17 free to open and close at the side of the nozzle 15 in a combustion gas supply pipe 14, constructed by coupling the downwardly-opening blocking plate 17 through a swingable connection rod 22 to a rod 21 fixed at the coke carbonization oven side of a slidable stopper plate 20 sliding within a cylinder 19 disposed at the uppermost side of the outer periphery of the nozzle pipe 18 so as to freely open and close and at the same time connecting the nozzle pipe 18 between the nozzle 15 and the downwardly-opening blocking plate 17 to the oven cover side of the cylinder 19 through a gas circulating pipe 23.
