摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge device or the like that charges a battery while preventing wasteful consumption of power during the discharge.
SOLUTION: The charge/discharge device 3 executes charge/discharge to/from batteries 3a, 3b through a power supply source 2. The device is provided with a first charge/discharge part 5a, which is electrically connectable to the battery 3a so as to charge/discharge to/from the battery 3a, a second charge/discharge part 5b, which is electrically connectable to the battery 3b so as to charge/discharge to/from the battery 3b, a switching part 7 for switching between charge and discharge to/from the batteries 3a, 3b, an independent discharge part 9 for independent discharge from the batteries 3a, 3b, and a monitoring control part 13 for executing operation control of the first charge/discharge part 5a, the second charge/discharge part 5b, the switching part 7, and the independent discharge part 9. An evaluation test system 1 records monitoring data in a recording part 14 inside the monitoring control part 13 so as to execute an evaluation test by inspecting the operation of the charge/discharge device 3 while transmitting the monitoring data to a personal computer 15. The data can be printed from a printer 17.
