SOLUTION: Provided to an insulating base 1 are a protrusion streak 21, capable of positioning terminal metal fittings 3, recessed parts 22 at predetermined positions in its back surface and a protrusion 23 at its undersurface that is so fitted into a hole 51 of a board 5 as to position it. Both ends of the terminal metal fittings 3, which are bent and wound around the insulating base 1 and, interpose the protrusion streak 21 between them are bent to put and fix them in the recessed parts 22 in such a manner as to place both the ends of the terminal metal fittings 3 in the recessed parts 22. The terminal metal fittings 3 are soldered to conductors 6 on the board 5 side by applying soldering paste 4 to parts along the undersurface of the insulating base 1, mounting the metal fittings on a predetermined position of the mating board 5 and passing it through a heating furnace and soldered to the conductors 6 of the board 5 side. Thereby, the soldered parts will not lift from the mating board, and the material cost and equipment expense such as a die and the like can be reduced.
