Atmospheric pressure is reduced in a lock sound arrester 9 without leaking out the noise, by simultaneously using a lock silencing auxiliary device 12 to a further increase in the atmospheric pressure. Airtightness is improved by forming a lock opening and closing cover 9b as a horizontal sliding mechanism.
