SOLUTION: As for cold water supply, the existing hot water heating absorption refrigerator 1 is used as it is, an electronic cold water type heat pump refrigerator 3 simultaneously taking out cold water and hot water and producing hot water of 80°C or higher is newly installed, the hot water produced from the cold water type heat pump refrigerator 3 is used as the hot water for the heating source of the absorption refrigerator 1, and the cold water produced from the absorption refrigerator 1 and the cold water produced from the electric heat pump refrigerator 3 are supplied together to users.
