    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce running cost by an inexpensive investment in plant and machinery since running costs for power generation by hot water/exhaust heat recovery cogeneration and a cold water supply system by an absorption refrigerator using a hot water heat source with exhaust heat recovered are increased due to recent soaring crude oil prices, to save energy for effectively using limited resources, and to further reduce carbon-dioxide emission for reducing influence on global warming. SOLUTION: As for cold water supply, the existing hot water heating absorption refrigerator 1 is used as it is, an electronic cold water type heat pump refrigerator 3 simultaneously taking out cold water and hot water and producing hot water of 80°C or higher is newly installed, the hot water produced from the cold water type heat pump refrigerator 3 is used as the hot water for the heating source of the absorption refrigerator 1, and the cold water produced from the absorption refrigerator 1 and the cold water produced from the electric heat pump refrigerator 3 are supplied together to users.
