摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abalone slicer for cutting an abalone into slices to give feeling of flavor capable of developing various foods such as abalone wrapping.
SOLUTION: The abalone slicer comprises a rotary blade 10, a storage base 20 installed adjacent to and lower than the rotary blade 10, and a transferring carriage 30 reciprocating between the storage base 20 and the rotary blade 10. The transferring carriage 30 is equipped with a holder part 40 for storing an abalone inside so as to make the abalone horizontal to the rotary blade 10 and a pressurizing means 50 for pressurizing the abalone stored in the holder part 40 to a direction vertical to the rotary blade 10.
