    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide onion juice easy to drink without spoiling latent health power inherent to onions, investigate food materials compatible with onions, and then solve the problem that it has been wasteful almost not to make use of the vegetable fibers of onions themselves in conventional onion juices and bring the onions to be a juice containing a plenty of vegetable fibers with no waste materials by using the whole of used food materials. SOLUTION: The onion juice, fresh and rich in vegetable fibers is obtained by removing seeds from citrus fruits, adding paste to the whole of them, subsequently shredding the same by a mixer and then by a homogenizer. Meanwhile, by measuring angiotensin inhibition activity indicating a vasodepressive effect, the paste of citrus fruit pericarp has been confirmed to be compatible with onions, rather to be a combination having synergistic effects.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing function food prepared by food-treating citrus pericarps.
