摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that vertical steps are formed to connecting end faces between pavement slabs by preventing relative displacement in the vertical direction of a positional relation between the concrete pavement slabs due to external stress or the like such as a temperature change, a load or the like, and to eliminate the problem that a dowel bar as a load transmission means and concrete are damaged by permitting the lateral displacement of the positional relation between both the pavement slabs.
SOLUTION: The sliding type dowel bar has a first buried unit 30 horizontally buried and fixed extensively over the inside from the connecting end face of one structure and a second buried unit 60 horizontally buried and fixed extensively over the inside from the connecting end face of the other structure. The unit 30 has a connecting mechanism 31 buried and fixed in a state that the mechanism is exposed to the connecting end face of one structure, and having a hollow supporting section inside and a steel bar 32 integrallly projected from the rear of the mechanism and buried and fixed in one structure. The unit 60 has a steel bar 61 buried and fixed extensively over the inside from the connecting end face of the other structure and a fitting piece 62 fixed at the front end of the steel bar and fitted into the hollow supporting section of the mechanism.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-accumulating material life predicting method and device capable of predicting the life of a heat accumulating material before starting an operation of a heat accumulation system or under the operation thereof.
SOLUTION: This heat-accumulating material life predicting method and device is provided with means V1-V4 for maintaining, at a prescribed temperature, containers S1-S4 filled with the heat accumulating material wherein micro capsules sealed with a core substance comprising an aliphatic hydrocarbon in an organic film substance are mixed with water, a means CP for measuring a concentration of a measuring substance by each prescribed substance having a proportional relation to an aliphatic hydrocarbon amount of the core substance emitted from the film due to deterioration of the heat accumulating material in each container sampled in every prescribed lapse time, a means CP for expressing a relation between the lapse time and the concentration of the each prescribed substance, a mean CP for displaying a relation between a temperature and a time required up to reaching to the concentration of the each prescribed substance, based on the relation, a means CP for displaying a relation between the concentration of the each prescribed substance at the prescribed temperature and the lapse time, based on the relation, and a means CP for predicting the life of the heat accumulating material, based on the relation.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering an ice control agent whereby the effluent containing a scattered ice control agent can be efficiently recovered; the recovered effluent is treated so as to reduce the content of the agent lower than the sewerage effluent standard or lower than the river effluent standard and then is discharged; and thus discharged effluent is subjected to an intermediate water treatment to make it recyclable as intermediate water.
SOLUTION: In this recovering method, the effluent containing an ice control agent scattered at a parking area and/or a waiting area (including an apron and a taxiway) for the purpose of snow removal and ice control of an airplane is sucked and recovered by a vehicle. The recovered effluent is transferred to a lagoon treatment tank therein to be reserved and subjected to a treatment such as an aerobic or anaerobic treatment.
