    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a manufacturer, etc., to fabricate ready-mixed concrete sludge as a waste to a hardened body of the ready-mixed concrete sludge having the performance equal to the performance of solidified mortar at an extremely low cost without incurring an increase in the burden on the treatment cost and simultaneously to prevent environmental pollution. SOLUTION: The ready-mixed concrete sludge is fabricated to a stabilized type waste or the waste pursuant to the stabilized type by compounding the main compounded elements formed by relating the sludge solid content and moisture of the ready-mixed concrete sludge and fine powder of blast furnace slag with their mass fractions by a prescribed relational equation and auxiliary compounded elements consisting of waste gypsum to compounded materials, by incorporating the waste gypsum into the main compounded elements at a ratio of 5 to 20 (wt.%) to the mass total of the sludge solid content and the fine powder of the blast furnace slag determined by the prescribed relational equation and by kneading the mixture. The ready-mixed concrete sludge can be fabricated as the hardened body of the ready-mixed concrete sludge at the extremely low cost without incurring the increase in the burden on the treatment cost and simultaneously the groundwater seepage of hazardous materials, such as hexavalent chromium, by illegal dumping and environmental pollution are prevented.
