When a portion of the mass of soil being collapsed is removed in advance and filled in hollow cylindrical pipes 3, 6 or polygonal cylindrical pipes and these pipes are reconstructed as plural rows of columns at the previous position of the mass of soil, then the forces of the soil filled in the hollow cylindrical pipes 3, 6 or the polygonal cylindrical pipes can be balanced each other inside the pipes and thus no earth pressure occurs therein. Further the rows of columns are built in one body by using filler 5 for the gaps between a front wall 2, a bottom foundation structure, a top slab 9 and the rows of columns, thereby creating an anti-earth pressure type integrated structure.

Pulling the pull band 4 down requires half as much power as the pressing the acupressure piece 3 down acts, which reduces the arm and leg fatigue.
