摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar-like writing utensil with a name plate which easily identifies its owner when left alone or lost/found, in letting a large number of people use the identical bar-like writing utensil supplied at school or for writing purposes.
SOLUTION: This writing utensil with a name plate is of such a structure that a slit for the longitudinal side of the name plate and a turning knob to be inserted in, is formed in the upper end part of a barrel of the bar-like writing utensil, and the name plate is made to protrude/retract by turning the turning knob directly connected with the name plate at the apex of the upper part. Further, the turning knob is turned by securing a small depression for the drawing angle of the name plate to be adjusted to a joggle of the rotary barrel of the turning knob inside the barrel hole. Thus the proper retention and moderate angle of the name plate when protruded to the target angle is realized, and the ease of use can is increased by attaching a hook to the upper end part of the knob.
