    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventing printed matter and a forgery preventing film capable of improving durability and designing properties and preventing forgery from being generated. SOLUTION: The forgery preventing printed matter 1 is prepared by laminating a transparent protective film 5 on the printed face of the printed matter 3. The protective film 5 comprises a fluorescent light printing layer 9 wherein specified discriminating information is printed and recorded with a fluorescent ink reacting to a specified wave length and emitting a fluorescent light within a visible range and a concealing layer 11 formed so as to cover at least the whole printed region by the fluorescent light printing layer 9 and concealing the fluorescent light printing layer 9 under a natural light by irregularly reflecting a transmitted light, formed on the transparent sheet 7.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet for forgery preventing indication which exerts a high security effect and improves durability and which makes it possible to give the forgery preventing indication to various objects at a low cost and reliably. SOLUTION: A transparent film is laid on a base sheet 2 for peeling off, with an easy-to-peel layer 3 interlaid. The transparent film is an angle-dependent film 4 of which the visual effect varies according to an angle of sight. An angle-dependent layer 7 formed of angle-dependence ink which makes the color of reflected light vary according to the angle of sight and a fluorescent printed layer 6 formed of fluorescent ink which emits the fluorescent light in a visible range in reaction to a light beam of a prescribed wavelength are provided for the angle-dependent film 4, and a transfer adhesive layer 8 is formed on the side of the angle-dependent film 4 whereon the angle-dependent layer 7 and the fluorescent printed layer 6 are formed.
