    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous heat insulation and shielding coating material capable of easily being produced by mixing operations in a normal dispersion mill or propeller mixer while using many forming particles by conducting stabilization with not dispersibility of individual materials along, but hydrogen bond network dispersion making use of a chemical structure, and providing excellent temporal stability of product.SOLUTION: A heat insulation and shielding coating material is constituted by an aqueous resin of 100 pts.wt., silica-based (Si-O-) inorganic foaming particles of 35 to 70 pts.wt., an aqueous polymer having an amide carbonyl group of 0.3 to 6 pts.wt., inorganic non-foaming particle of 10 to 60 pts.wt. and tubular titanium oxide having a hydroxyl group of 0.2 to 10 pts.wt.
