摘要：【課題】現行の冷凍サイクルの熱交換器としての機能、品質が許容範囲内で遜色なく、また、現行の冷凍サイクルの熱交換器と実質的に同じ構造であり、且つ、コストダウンが可能な冷凍サイクルの熱交換器及び熱交換器の製造方法を提供。【解決手段】圧縮機から吐出された冷媒を凝縮器、キャピラリーチューブ、蒸発器、サクションパイプ及び前記圧縮機に順次循環するように構成され、前記キャピラリーチューブの外表面と前記サクションパイプの外表面とが互いに熱的に接触している冷凍サイクルの熱交換器において、前記キャピラリーチューブと前記サクションパイプの素材がともにアルミニウム材であり、前記キャピラリーチューブの外表面と前記サクションパイプの外表面との接合箇所はAl−Si合金またはZn−Al合金から選ばれるろう材のフィレットが形成された状態で接合していることを特徴とする冷凍サイクルの熱交換器。【選択図】図2

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator that has present components replaced with inexpensive materials and maintains the quality and reliability of a joint portion between a copper-made dryer and an aluminum-made capillary tube to totally bear comparison with a present product within an allowable range in terms of quality and performance, and is greatly reduce in cost.SOLUTION: There is provided a refrigerator that has a freezing cycle configured to circulate a refrigerant discharged from a compressor to a condenser, a dryer, a capillary tube, an evaporator, a suction pipe, and a compressor in order, wherein the heat exchanger for heat exchange with the refrigerator is constituted by joining the aluminum-made suction pipe and aluminum-made capillary tube are joined together in a fused state over a prescribed distance except both ends, the copper-made dryer and aluminum capillary tube are joined together using fluoride-based flux containing heavy metal and an Al-Si-based brazing material, and the joined portion is covered with a thermosetting adhesive.

SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing the corrugated type heat sink comprises an elastic pressing member 3, which imparts a pressing force simultaneously and individually to each of plural crests of threads of the corrugated fin 2 and by which each of plural bottoms of threads of the corrugated fins is joined to the base plate 1 by pressure, a means 14 for grasping the corrugated fin, a means 4 for imposing a load to the elastic pressing member, a heating means 9 for fusing soldering alloy, and a means for relatively moving both the corrugated fins and the base plate.
