      SOLUTION: The fluid container includes a container body 10 including a cylinder portion 12 forming a fluid storage portion 14 for storing fluid inside thereof, a discharge pump 100 for discharging the fluid outside the container body 10, a piston 40 that has a hole portion at the center through which a tube member 30 is inserted for flowing the fluid toward the discharge pump 100, and is fitted on the cylinder portion 12 in the fluid container so that it moves inside the cylinder. The fluid container includes an elastic portion inclined oppositely from the fluid storage portion 14 but toward the outer peripheral from the center portion in the outer peripheral face of the piston 40, and is formed with a tip-end convex portion at the tip end of the elastic portion contacting the inner wall of the cylinder portion.
