    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a web folding and stacking machine, and a web product folding and stacking method using the same. SOLUTION: The structure of the web product folding and stacking machine includes two folding wheels 21, two stag units 23, a first receive unit 25, a block unit 27, a flexible unit 271, and a receive table 29. The folding wheels 21 and the stag units 23 are operated to fold up and stack web products 22 on the first receive unit 25. When a stack of a predetermined number of web products 22 is finished, the block unit 27 isolates the interfolded web products 22. The block unit 27 and the receive table 29 transport the interfolded web products 22, the block unit 27 includes the flexible unit 271, and, further, the flexible unit 271 is extended out after movement of the block unit 27, so that it is advantageous for interfolding the web products 22 on the block unit 27, thereby keeping the finished stack of interfolded web products 22 in integrity.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a holding and turning device by opening/closing two pressure-plates and turning them synchronously.SOLUTION: In this holding and turning device 20, both ends of a first plate member 211 and a second plate member 213 are connected to each one end of two first bar members 23 through each coupling unit 24, and a third bar member is connected to the other end of the first bar member 23. The third bar member takes balance of the turning angle between the two bar members 23 and the two coupling units 24 to maintain coincidence of the height in both ends of the first plate member 211 and the second plate member 213. Each one end of the two second bar members 27 is respectively connected to the first plate member 211 and the second plate member 213, and the other ends of the two second bar members 27 are connected to a fourth bar member 29. When the fourth bar member 29 is turned, the second bar member 27 is turned together, and the first plate member 211 and the second plate member 213 are thereby turned. Two pressure-plates can be thereby opened/closed and turned synchronously, and convenience in use of the holding and turning device 20 can be improved.
