摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for shortening the gas filling and replacing time for a radiation position detector wire chamber.
SOLUTION: The internal pressure of a wire chamber is kept equal to the atmospheric pressure by negative pressure generated by positive pressure of a signal output reading gas container supplied to the wire chamber and compressed air, a large volume of gas is made to flow by a pressure difference therebetween to protect a window of the wire chamber, and gas is allowed to be replaced quickly at the same time.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To describe the expectable performance and profits regarding the invention on the structure of an ejector vacuum pump and the invention on a combination method.
SOLUTION: A twin ejector vacuum pump is invented to obtain the ejector vacuum pump capable of acquiring the performance and characteristic suitable for user's request and the high degree of vacuum and sufficient amount of vacuum by these combination, since the nozzle diameter and the characteristic are freely changed by consisting of the ejector vacuum pump piling up the mortar unit and by easily exchanging the unit. Especially, when amount of vacuum to be used is small by making a variable nozzle and the ejector vacuum pump into a twin ejector, the amount of high-pressure fluid to be used is reduced to allow an economical operation and a large amount of high vacuum obtained by making it into the twin ejector is effective as it is.
