摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer membrane for a polyelectrolyte membrane of a fuel cell, which has a high specific conductivity at operation temperatures exceeding 100°C and particularly exhibits a low overvoltage at the cathode.SOLUTION: The protonic conductive polymer membrane is obtained by (A) mixing an organic phosphonic anhydride with a (hetero)aromatic diaminocarboxylic acid and/or an aromatic tetraamino compound and an aromatic carboxylic acid two or more carboxyl groups or its derivative, (B) coating the mixture on a support or an electrode, (C) heating the resultant in an inert gas to a temperature of ≤350°C, and (D) subjecting the membrane obtained in the (C) to a wet heat treatment so as to become self-supporting.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a polymer membrane on the basis of a polyazole which is obtained by a feasible process, as assumes a uniform acid-doping across the whole cross section of the membrane. SOLUTION: The asymmetric polymer film is based on a polyazole with a specific structure, and has a smooth surface and a rough surface, with the roughness of the smooth surface being less than 2 μm and that of the rough surface 3-10 μm, and preferably, is added additionally with a proton-conducting filler. The asymmetric, polyazole-based polymer film, resulting from the asymmetric structure, can undergo the doping rapidly and uniformly with an acid to thereby form a proton-conductive membrane, and, resulting from the excellent chemical, thermal and mechanical characteristics, is especially suitable for manufacturing a polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) for use in so-called PEM fuel cells. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel polymer electrolyte membranes. SOLUTION: Proton-conducting polymer membranes comprise sulfonic acid group-containing polyazoles and can be obtained by a method comprising the following steps of (A)-(D): (A) one or more aromatic and/or heteroaromatic tetra-amino compound/s is/are mixed with one or several aromatic and/or heteroaromatic carboxylic acid/s or the derivatives thereof, which contain at least two acid groups per carboxylic acid monomer, at least a part of the tetra-amino compounds and/or the carboxylic acids comprising at least one sulfonic acid group, or one or more aromatic and/or heteroaromatic diaminocarboxylic acid/s, at least a part of which contain sulfonic acid groups, is/are mixed in polyphosphoric acid so as to form a solution and/or dispersion; (B) the solution and/or dispersion obtained in step (A) is/are heated to temperatures of up to 350°C under inert gas so as to form polyazole polymers having benzimidazole units; (C) a layer is applied to a support using the mixture according to step (A) and/or (B); and (D) the membrane formed in step (C) is treated in the presence of moisture or water and/or water vapor at a temperature within a range of 0-150°C until the membrane is made self-supporting.
