The pedestal 13 exhibits a floor 18 for bracing the inner container 11 and a base frame 19 with support feet 20, 22 and 23. The floor 18 exhibits a supporting surface 30 for the inner container 11, and a bearing edge 27, which is separated from the supporting surface 30 by a floor barrier 28, and arranged between a lower edge 17 of the outer jacket 14 and the base frame 19. The lower edge 17 of the outer jacket 14 is frictionally connected to the base frame 19 at least at one junction 32 by means of a bonding device that acts on the base frame 19 via the bearing edge 27, and the floor barrier 28 exhibits lowered barriers 29 formed in the area of the junctions 32.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop-cock having a plastic-made stop-cock housing provided with an electrically grounding element for the container for transfer and for storage of a liquid.
SOLUTION: The stop-cock 13 accompanying the inflow port 20 of the stop-cock housing 18 is screwed into a connecting flange 21. The connecting flange 21 is designed as a threaded flange and formed of a non-conductivity plastic material and welded to the discharge port 12 of an inside container 2. The connecting flange 21 of the stop-cock housing 18 is connected to the base stand of an outside shell of the container for transfer and for storage via a grounding lead formed from a conductive plastic material. The connecting flange 21 and the grounding lead are manufactured by two steps of manufacturing processes by an injection molding machine using a 2K technology. The connecting flange and a grounding cable are made through injection molding as a single member of electro-conductive plastics, and the grounding cable is connected to the flange ring of the connecting flange with a separation film in the embodiment of other stop-cocks.
