    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside heat insulating method which is excellent in durability without forming a protective layer outside and allows construction to be simply carried out, and also to provide a folded plate roof by the outside heat insulating method.
      SOLUTION: The folded plate roof 2 is formed by unevenly processing a flat plate shaped steel plate to be an almost corrugated shape in a cross section, and the folded plate roof 2 is fixed on a beam 1 in a work site. When the unevenly processed folded plate roof 2 is fixed on the beam 1, an inorganic-based foamed body 3 is adhered on an upper face of the folded plate roof 2 by an adhesive. The inorganic-based foamed body 3 is adhered on the folded plate roof 2 without forming a space between the folded plate roof 2 and the inorganic-based foamed body 3. Accordingly, construction becomes simple and durability of the whole roof is improved without forming the protective layer such as a waterproof sheet outside the folded plate roof 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a concrete wall body such as a soil retaining wall and a tunnel covering capable of collecting and draining water such as rainwater and underground water penetrating into the ground smoothly and efficiently and being constructed easily and inexpensively.
      SOLUTION: A rigid panel 42 having a cavity molded like a plate by pressurizing it and adding organic binder to a curled tape piece or film piece is provided in close proximity to the natural ground 40 as a rear pattern frame, and a front pattern frame 44 is provided across an interval for the rigid panel having a cavity which is the rear pattern frame. After placing concrete 46 between both pattern frames, the front pattern frame only is removed from a pattern to form a concrete wall body 47 and construct a soil retaining wall 48 by leaving the rigid panel having a cavity as it is. The soil retaining wall is fixed on the natural ground using a fixing device 50 as required. This method can be applied to tunnel covering.
