摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate driver circuit constituted so as to supply a switching voltage to a DC/DC converter. SOLUTION: Both the gate driver circuit and DC/DC converter comprise at least one transistor and at least one further component. The DC/DC converter is arranged to convert an input voltage Vin to an output voltage Vout and to supply Vout to a load. Furthermore, an electric power converter equipped with the gate driver circuit and the DC/DC converter is provided. The gate driver circuit is designed such that the transistors are in the form of transistors being suitable for being manufactured in an MMIC-process (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) or an RFIC-process (Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit).
