摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem in a conventional topography measuring system that there is no selecting means for selecting what sort of images to be collected to create a stereoscopic image and consequently stereoscopic processing to various images is impossible.
SOLUTION: An image selecting means 14 selects images suitable for altitude calculation of a target area from images acquired by stereoscopic photographing of photographing means 11 and 12 stored in an image storing means 13 to create a stereoscopic image. A parallax topographic converting means 16 converts a parallax calculated by a parallax calculating means 15 into topographic data. The topographic data is outputted to a display or the like by a topography outputting means 17. Since two images composing a stereoscopic image are selected by the image selecting means 14 from images acquired by stereoscopic photographing of a ground surface by the photographing means 11 and 12, a highly accurate topography measurement can be carried out throughout a wide area by using the photographing means 11 and 12 in various ways.

SOLUTION: The clamp circuit has a first amplifying means for amplifying an input signal from a CCD, a limiter means for level-adjusting a reset signal of the CCD out of the output signals from the first signal amplifying means by bias resistance, a second signal amplifying means for amplifying the output signals of the first signal amplifying means including the level-adjusted reset signal, and a reset clamp means for clamping the reset signal of the output signal from the second signal amplifying means to output only the signal component.
