    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp circuit for CCD output reset signal capable of preventing deterioration in linearity due to the saturation of output from a CDS(Correlated Double Sampling) circuit without exceeding an input range of the CDS circuit.
      SOLUTION: The clamp circuit has a first amplifying means for amplifying an input signal from a CCD, a limiter means for level-adjusting a reset signal of the CCD out of the output signals from the first signal amplifying means by bias resistance, a second signal amplifying means for amplifying the output signals of the first signal amplifying means including the level-adjusted reset signal, and a reset clamp means for clamping the reset signal of the output signal from the second signal amplifying means to output only the signal component.
