    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a printed circuit board which allows a low profile electronic device, with no increase in the number of parts and with strong electrical connection between a pattern and a fixing member.
      SOLUTION: The fixing structure of a printed circuit board electrically connects a pattern of the printed circuit board to the fixing member, thereby fixing both of them. The fixing member (1) includes a cut and raised part (1a) which is cut and raised and then bent back, with a first hole (1a2) provided, and a burr part (1b) which is countered to a first through hole (1a2) and has a threaded hole (1c). A printed circuit board (2) includes a slit (2c) formed to adjoin a pattern (2b) or a second hole (32c). By tightening a screw (3) which is inserted into the first hole (1a2) and the slit (2c) or the second hole (32c) for engagement with the threaded hole (1c), the cut and raised part (1a) presses the pattern (2b).

At one portion on a bottom surface 3 of the motor base 1, a recess 4, where one side is opened to the through hole 1B, is formed. A conductive adhesive 18 is applied while straddling the recess 4 and a thrust plate 7 to connect the motor base 1 and the thrust plate 7 electrically.

      SOLUTION: The annular member (10) is formed of material with higher coefficient of thermal expansion than the coefficient of thermal expansion of the member (8) to be press-fitted. The member to be press-fitted has a press-fitting portion (ANB) and an opposed portion (KTB) opposed at an interval to the peripheral surface (8d1) of the annular member which are respectively formed on the inner peripheral surface (8d1) of a hole for press-fitting sequentially from the side of an opening. The opposed portion includes a first opposed portion (KT1) having a top portion (TB) with the minimum diameter and leading from the press-fitting portion to the top portion, and a second opposed portion (KT2) on a side opposite to the press-fitting portion with respect to the top portion. A press-fitting and fixing process includes an adhesive applying process applying a thermosetting adhesive (17) to the first opposed portion, a press-fitting process press-fitting the annular member into the hole so that the peripheral surface (10d) of the annular member is opposed to the second opposed portion, and a heating process curing the adhesive.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality motor in which a bearing is properly adhered and fixed to a prescribed position without the occurrence of harmful gas due to poor curing of an adhesive.
      SOLUTION: A motor is provided with a bearing 12 whose one end is sealed while one end part of a rotor shaft 21 is protruded from the other-end opening part of the bearing. The bearing 12 is adhered and fixed to a bearing holding part 11a by an adhesive 16 in a state of being fitted to the bearing holding part. The adhesive 16 is composed of a first adhesive 16a and a second adhesive 16b separated from each other in an axial direction of the bearing 12. An annular groove 12a for separating the first adhesive 16a from the second adhesive 16b is formed on the outer periphery of one end part on the sealing side of the bearing 12 in the fitting part F between the bearing 12 and the bearing holding part 11a. The bearing is adhered and fixed to the bearing holding part 11a with the first adhesive 16a on the opening side of the bearing 12 from the annular groove 12a.
