SOLUTION: This window structure of the sliding door for the vehicle is constituted such that a window frame 5 is mounted on a window opening part 4 of a sliding door main body 3 having an indoor side face plate 1 and the outdoor side face plate 2 and a single plate window glass 6 is mounted on this window frame 5 through the watertight sealant 7. The window frame 5 is constituted of a window frame main body 8 having a partition wall 20 projected to the inner peripheral side on an intermediate part in the width direction of a peripheral frame part 11 and mounted on the sliding door main body 3 and a glass presser 9 having a glass presser flange 17 mounted so as to be positioned on an indoor side end part of the peripheral frame part 11 and mounted on the window frame main body 8 free to remove from the indoor side by a screw 10. The single plate window glass 6 is fitted between the glass presser flange 17 and the partition wall 20 on the inner peripheral side of the peripheral frame part 11 of the window frame main body 8, and the watertight sealant 7 is installed on the indoor side and the outdoor side by holding the partition wall 20.
