摘要： PURPOSE: A heater assembly and a foot bath apparatus using the same are provided to prevent current leakage by forming a sheath heater into a double-insulating structure through a double pipe and an insulating material. CONSTITUTION: A heater insertion hole is formed by penetrating a heating block(100). A sheath heater(200) is inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the heater insertion hole. An overheating prevention sensor is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the heating block. The overheating prevention sensor measures surface temperature of the heating block. If the measured temperature is higher than a pre-set temperature, the overheating prevention sensor cuts off power.
