    • PURPOSE: A device for combining components of printing cartridge is provided to automatically insert rotating rod to a print cartridge and perform process for inserting washer in both side of the rotating rod, process for combining process for coupling gear rod, and process for measuring normal coupling of fixed body at the same time, thereby progressing the four kinds of process in rapid time. CONSTITUTION: An insertion part(20) inserts a rotating rod. A first pneumatic cylinder(21) rotates a rotation part(22). A washer insertion part(30) is transferred to right and left through a second pneumatic cylinder(31). The washer insertion part inserts a washer into one side of the rotating rod. A coupling measuring part(40) is transferred to right and left through a third pneumatic cylinder(41). The coupling measuring unit inserts the washer to other side of the rotating rod. The coupling measuring unit measures normal insertion of a inserted fixed body by measuring rod.

    • 본발명은플로어링보드제조방법에관한것으로서, 목재또는합판의상면에멜라민수지시트를접착하여제조되는플로어링보드가표면이단순매끄러운질감이아닌원목의무늬와비슷한돌출부와함몰부가길게형성될수 있도록하여접촉시원목에가까운느낌을얻을수 있도록하기위하여개발된것으로;37.5g/㎡의투명페이퍼에멜라민수지, 산화알루미늄, 수산화알루미늄, 키토산, 계면활성제를혼합한수지 93g/㎡를함침한후 건조하는제1 페이퍼제조과정과; 유색페이퍼에길이방향으로길게절개된타공홀을형성하되서로다른유색페이퍼의타공홀과일치하지않도록형성하고, 250g/㎡의유색페이퍼에멜라민수지, 수산화알루미늄을혼합한수지 126g/㎡를함침한후 건조하는제2 페이퍼제조과정과; 각각의함침된유색페이퍼 2 ~ 9 장과투명페이퍼를순차적으로적층시킨후 후 100kg/㎠의압력과 140℃의온도로 30분간프레싱한 후 10분간냉각하여멜라민수지시트(HPL)를완성하는페이퍼합지과정과; 상기페이퍼합지과정에서제조된멜라민수지시트를합판표면에접착하는마감과정의일련의공정이연속적으로이루어짐을특징으로하는플로어링보드제조방법에관한것이다.

    • PURPOSE: A device for assembling and testing parts of a printing device is provided to measure pressure that a pressing unit presses a part through a pressurizing sensor to pressurize the part at pressure which is higher than set pressure, thereby preventing parts and insertion bodies from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A device for assembling and testing parts of a printing device includes a supporting plate(10), a pressurizing device unit(20), an inserting unit(50), a vacuum pump, a sensor unit(22), and a controller(40). A pressurizing sensor measures pressure applied to an inserting body inserted into a part. The vacuum pump inserts or discharges air to transfer a coupling device unit up/down. The sensor unit is installed in a front side of a fixing unit of the pressurizing device unit. The sensor unit measures whether coupling between a metal plate and an upper part of a part is all right. The controller controls an operation of the pressurizing device unit.
