One exemplary method includes routing, as part of a process of designing an integrated circuit (IC), connections on a representation of the IC using a first set of wiring resources and marking wiring resources as used once the wiring resources within the first set have been used for routing and routing, using a second set of wiring resources in the representation, connections on the IC without checking whether wiring resources within the second set have been previously used to route connections, wherein wiring resources in the second set differ, on average, in physical size, from wiring resources in the first set. Other methods and systems for optimizing and/or designing ICs are also described, and machine-readable media containing executable program instructions which cause systems to perform one or more of these methods are also described.

The methods and systems can reduce the time required to tune-in to such live events. In one embodiment, a client device can receive an age data in a header of a message that returns a first playlist that was requested by an unattributed playlist request from the client device. The age data can be used to determine how many partial media segments to skip to tune-in to the live event.

In an exemplary embodiment, the device intercepts a request for a web page from a web browser executing on the device, wherein the request includes an indication associated with an authorization request for the service and the web page provides the service. In addition, the device presents an authorization user interface on the device. The device further performs a local authorization using a set of user credentials entered via the authorization user interface. The device additionally performs a server authorization with a server. Furthermore, the device redirects the web browser to the requested web page, wherein the web browser is authorized for the service provided by the web page.

In some embodiments, a method includes receiving an ambient light sensor (ALS) output, and altering, based on the ALS output, an effect of a proximity sensor output on control of a proximity determination. The ALS sensor and the proximity sensor may be located adjacent to an earpiece of a portable device. In some cases, the proximity determination may be a proximity of an object to the proximity sensor, and altering the effect may include changing the proximity of the object from a proximity greater than a first threshold to a proximity less than the first threshold. Other apparatuses and methods and data processing systems and machine readable media are also described.

The scrub pad, when mounted to the scrub pad mounting plate, is higher than the substrate when mounted on the substrate supporter. The scrub pad mounting plate and the substrate supporter can both be coupled to the chuck so that the chuck moves both the scrub pad mounting plate and the substrate supporter in one action.

摘要： A method and apparatus of a device that forwards an email from a first party to a second party is described. In an exemplary embodiment, the device receives an email, where the email includes a first email address associated with the first party, the first party email address is a "from" email address, a second email address associated with a second party, the second email address is a "to" email address; and the second email address is an anonymized email address. The device further extracts a local part of the second email address and the device determines a first party identifier from at least the local part of the first email address. In addition, the device determines a replacement address for the second email address using at least the first party identifier and replaces the second email address with the replacement address. The device further forwards the email using the replacement address.
