摘要： A process for the production of a high grade nickel product including the steps of: a) providing at least one heap of a nickeliferous lateritic ore and leaching that heap with a suitable lixiviant, preferably sulfuric acid solution, to produce a nickel rich pregnant leach solution (PLS); b) subjecting the PLS to an impurity removal step to precipitate ferric iron, and preferably partially precipitate aluminium and chromium as hydroxides; and c) recovering a high grade nickel product from the PLS preferably by either nickel ion exchange, solvent extraction, electrowinning, conventional multi-stage neutralization, pyrohydrolysis or sulfidation.

摘要： The present invention is a hydrogen combustion catalyst including a catalyst metal supported on a carrier composed of an inorganic oxide, wherein a functional group having at the end thereof at least an alkyl group having three or less carbon atoms is bonded by substitution to each of a certain fraction or the whole of the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the carrier. The functional group bonded to each of a certain fraction or the whole of the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the carrier is preferably an organic silane. The hydrogen combustion catalyst according to the present invention is capable of maintaining the activity thereof even when a hydrogen-containing gas, a treatment object, contains a water content equal to or less than the saturated water vapor content and the reaction temperature is set at or around room temperature, namely, at 0 to 40°C.

On the end surface of the diffuser ring which comes into contact with the drilling surface, convex-shaped blades the transverse cross section of which has an airfoil profile tilting in the rotative direction of the drilling tool are arranged in an aligned manner. On a plane defined by the distance between the adjacent blades and the heights of blades, the relationship between the area (S 1 ) on the inner surface side of diffuser ring and the area (S 2 ) on the outer surface side of diffuser ring is S 1 2 .
