    • The present invention relates to a device and method for fixing a lower runner of a sandwich panel to a floor surface, in which the lower runner is elastically pressed toward the floor surface and thus fixed to the floor surface using a pressure unit, so that the lower runner can be easily fixed to and removed from the floor surface, without damaging floor finishing materials or heating pipes. The fixing device has an elastic body holder seated on the bottom plate of the lower runner; a coil-type elastic body held in the elastic body holder; and a cover elastically supported on the elastic body and inserted into the lower end of the stud. When the stud, which is provided with the pressure unit in its lower end, is vertically installed between the upper and lower runners, the pressure unit is compressed and pressure-fixes the lower runner to the floor surface.

    • Disclosed is a reflective sheet for printing, which can be subjected to solvent digital printing. The reflective sheet includes an uppermost surface layer which is subjected to printing, a retroreflective element layer formed beneath the uppermost surface layer, and a base layer formed beneath the retroreflective element layer. The uppermost surface layer includes a polyvinylchloride layer, and the base layer includes a polyester film. The uppermost surface layer has the polyvinylchloride layer and thus can receive ink, and a swelling phenomenon can be prevented by the base layer, formed beneath the retroreflective element layer, thereby making possible a solvent digital printing process and exhibiting superior properties and constructability.
